Filla-Glu Activator
Filla-Glu Activator accelerates the polymerisation of Filla-Glu Adhesives. The use of Filla-Glu Activator is necessary in following situations:
In case of adverse environmental conditions (dry air, cold),
In case of bridging bigger gaps,
In case inactive materials are involved (does not replace Filla-Glu Primer).
Filla-Glu Activator can be applied in two different ways:
- Pre-application: Apply activator on one part and allow to evaporate. Put Filla-Glu Adhesive on the other mating part, assemble quickly and let the adhesive polymerise.
- Post application: This application is made possible by using a suitable dropper technique. Drop a small amount onto the surface of remaining and non cured adhesive, and allow polymerising completely.
Filla-Glu cleaner is easy to apply, simply drop amount desired (depending on size of the surface) let Filla-Glu Cleaner work it into the surface and wipe with a clean, dry cloth until fully polymerised, Apply adhesive and allow bond to cure.

Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Silicone as well as modern Thermoplastic Elastomere (TPE) by means of Filla-Glu Adhesives.
Filla-Glu Primer changes the surface tension.
The advantages are:
High strength bonding of materials which could not be bonded before,
A fast and easy to use method to support bonding,
A higher flexibility of choosing materials.
Filla-Glu Primer will be dropped on the mating parts.
After evaporation, application of Filla-Glu Adhesives can immediately start. The parts also can be temporarily stored for 24h.
