1. What are your payment options?
We use Paypal, all major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. A very safe and secure way of paying.
Cheques are accepted, made payable to 'The Qute Group Ltd' We also accept bank transfers.
2. What are your shipping fees and options?
We use Royal Mail, first class service. Postage costs are calculated on order value and can be found on our shop front.
3. When do you ship the orders and how long will they take?
We will aim to ship all orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day. All orders are sent first class (UK) and should arrive
the following day. Should there be any reason for a delay, we will notify you at time of purchase. For shipments outside the UK, please contact
us for estimated delivery times.
4. How will we know our order has been shipped?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent when your order has been completed and shipped.
