Team Track Trading Review - 2011
I have used Filla Glu on an intense project recently - the Rail Yard Models NACC PD3000 Covered Hopper.
For this project I mainly used Filla Glu Clear. I found the glue to be an excellent super glue, curing very quickly indeed yet leaving enough time to adjust parts to fit.
I used Filla Glu Wicking Grade to bond seams in the intricate end webbing featured on these models. The properties of this product are superb. Fast curing, very controllable, wicking down the length of the seam, and I have yet to experience the 'clouding' so often associated with super glues (Although I always use such products in well ventilated rooms).
I also had cause to try the Kicka Pen, an innovative product which both cleans (primes) the items to be bonded, and acts as an accelerator aiding curing time.
So far I have been very pleasantly impressed with this product, and heartily recommend its use for any HO modelling project.
